Lift someone today

For leaders, mentors, parents and friends. Notice the efforts young adults are making and tell them. Choose who’s sending, pick a message, make it your own, and send it.

Help someone find a mentor

Know a young adult who could use a friend a few steps ahead? Ready-made messages help you ask them first, invite the mentor, and introduce them both.

Celebrate milestones

  • A handwritten note. When a young adult reaches a goal, receives a calling, finishes a semester or returns from a mission, write a short card and hand it to them.
  • Recognize them at an activity — only with their permission. Some people love a public thank-you; others would rather hear it quietly. Ask first.
  • A quarterly “celebrate wins” moment. At the end of each quarter, take five minutes at an activity or in a lesson to invite people to share something good that happened. No pressure to share.

Ideas, not official guidance. Keep it personal and kind.
